Ricky Frick is a member of Amur’s ESL Indonesia team. His responsibilities include oversight and management advisory of company acquired assets within Indonesia, deployment of aviation owned assets within South East Asia, and searching out additional investment opportunities in the aviation and non-aviation sector.
 Over Ricky’s long aviation career, he served in various senior positions including, Director of Maintenance and Engineer, and VP Technical Operations. He has worked at top aviation companies, such as Boeing, America West Airlines, TACA International Airlines, Rwanda Air, GMG Airlines and Best Air. During his tenure with America West Airlines, he managed over 1,000 employees and 128 aircraft. He was deeply involved with the delivery and operation of the first Airbus A320 in the United States and deployment of the companies 747’s to operate in Hajj.
 In 1994, Rickey formed AirWorks Inc. and served as President and CEO until 2004. Growing from 2 people to over 700 personnel, the company provided modification services for over 8300 commercial, private and VIP aircraft and was the first company to be recognized as certifying an aircraft on every continent of the world. Ricky led merger of Airworks with public company where he served as President of the public company for three years before returning to the airlines in Africa and Asia.
